Peanut Butter Pie

This is for you all you peanut butter lovers. It is a creamy pie that does not lack that peanut butter taste. You store it in the freezer and it is so refreshing yet stands up to even the toughest peanut butter connoisseur. I use a graham cracker crust but you can use a traditional pie crust that is baked.
This recipe comes from a very old family friend. My mom reminded me of this recipe when i was on the hunt to share all of our family pie recipes.

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup confectioner sugar
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 graham cracker crust you can also use a chocolate graham cracker crust
  • 1/2` cup white milk
  • 1 9 ounce container of cool whip

Instructions

  • Beat together cream cheese, confectioner sugar and peanut butter.
  • Add in milk and beat until smooth.
  • fold in cool whip and beat until smooth.
  • Pour into a baked pie shell or graham cracker crust (that's what I use)
  • Place in the freezer to set up.
  • Drizzle with chocolate sauce if you like. Slice and Serve
