Broccoli Salad
This recipe is one of my favorites. It was served at my baby shower and i just love it minus the raisins. I am not a raisin lover. So if you are add in the raisins and enjoy. I choose to leave these out.
Ingredients
- 4 bunches broccoli
- 1 pound bacon
- 8 hard boiled eggs chopped
- 2 cups red onion chopped
- 1 cup raisins I do not use these
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 1 1/3 cup sugar
